 Eligible Returns & Exchanges
Most products can be returned or exchanged under the following conditions:

Standard Returns:

Items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt.

Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

A 15% restocking fee applies and will be deducted from the refund.
- Return shipping is to be paid by the customer.

Exchanges:

Qualifying items can be exchanged within 15 days at any FullAuto location.

AÂ valid government-issued photo IDÂ may be required for all returns and exchanges.

 Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Opened, used, or damaged items not in resale condition

Items without a receipt

Gift cards

Products that are cut to length, modified, or custom-ordered

Final sale or clearance merchandise

Defective Items:

Products deemed defective are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty and may be repaired or replaced as per their terms.

These must be returned to the original store of purchase and may be subject to additional restrictions.

Returns or exchanges without a receipt are generally not accepted. Exceptions may be made at our discretion.

Products may be returned or exchanged at any FullAuto.ca store within the applicable return period. Contact Us and our team will provide you with a return address.
