Returns Policy

At Full Auto, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

You may return or exchange some items under the following conditions:

  1. Regular Returns: Unopened items in original packaging can be returned with a receipt within 7 days of purchase for a refund to the original method of payment or for an exchange.
  2. Damaged or Opened Items: Items that are opened, damaged, and/or not in resalable condition will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  3. Identification: Valid photo ID may be required to process a return or exchange.

Please note, there are some exceptions to our return policy:

  1. No Receipt: Returns, exchanges, or warranties on an item without a receipt will not be accepted.
  2. Defective Items: A defective item is subject to the manufacturer’s warranty and will be repaired or replaced.
  3. Location-Specific Returns: Live goods, special order hard parts, and specific application automotive parts must be returned to the original store of purchase.

There are also certain products that are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include:

  • Gift Cards
  • Products cut to length or modified
  • Clearance or final sale merchandise

Where to Return or Exchange Products

You can return or exchange products at any of our stores within 15 days of purchase.

‚Äč* The interpretation and application of this return policy are at the sole discretion of Full Auto. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the conditions of our policy are not met. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for choosing Full Auto.

For online orders, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 days.
